your bios is broken and requested that x2apic be disabled
I use Dell PowerEdge Server as a Cloud Component { Storage Controller and Cluster Controller } . That particular Server often got rebooted,say 2 days once since its restart.
When I checked log files, /var/log/kern.log, I came across the following information in the log file.
your bios is broken and requested that x2apic be disabled.

That suggested to disable Intel Virtualization Flag in BIOS.
So I disabled it and have started the Server.
Need to determine the problem in the Server in the long run from now.
