Difference between adduser and useradd command in Linux

adduser	useradd
Newly added user will be updated in /etc/password file	No entry is made
By default , it creates a directory with the name of user name , under the home directory	No directory created
If you are using any tools that require a user account, use of this command is suggested.	If you are using any tools that require a user account, use of this command is not suggested.
